Once the tip for a given guide has been displayed on a device, will it ever appear again?

The Tip/Tour/Modal/Coachmark will continue to display until the dismiss conditions are satisfied.

Dismiss conditions are:

1. user touches the dismiss button.
2. user hits the back button when they are on the first step in a tour.
3. user clicks a buttons that has a CTA (call-to-action) link.
4. user presses the next button on the last step in a tour.
